OUR APPROACH TO MYOFUNCTIONAL THERAPY
Eats + Speaks takes an individualized approach to myofunctional therapy. Since each of our clients' challenges and goals are unique, no two myofunctional therapy programs look the same. We take into account your overall health history, previous therapy outcomes, and personal goals when designing a treatment plan. Therapy includes a variety of exercises to address areas of deficit, including the positioning and function of the jaw, lips, and tongue, as well as improved nasal breathing and swallowing patterns.
HOME PRACTICE PROGRAMS
Home practice is an essential part of myofunctional therapy - it's the key to quick and lasting progress! We provide weekly exercises along with videos, handouts, and follow-up emails to support you in achieving your goals.
